Issue Summary

When an incident is created, the incident's message and summary are also populated on the incident status updates page. However, when the incident's original message or description is updated, these values are not updated on the incident status updates page.

Similarly, if the incident message and summary are updated on the incident status update page, this change is not reflected anywhere in the incident.

Steps to Reproduce

Updates to Incident 

1. Create an incident.
2. The message and summary values are populated on the incident status updates page.
3. Update the original message and summary of the incident.
4. The values are not updated on the incident status update page.

Update to Incident status updates 

1. Update the values in the incident status update page.
2. The above update is not reflected anywhere in the incident.

Expected Results

If the incident message and summary are populated into the incident status updates page during incident creation, these fields should also be updated when the source fields are updated and vice versa.

Actual Results

When an incident is created, the incident's message and summary are populated on the incident status updates page. However, when the incident's original message or description is updated, this is not reflected in the incident status updates page and vice versa.

Workaround

The field can only be updated manually via the UI.
