Description
Hi,
Currently, the postmortem template in Opsgenie includes a number of steps to guide the user to write up a clear postmortem report however, I would love an additional step in the template "Action items" after the "lessons learned" section.
In addition, if I could link any Jira ticket (not just software as is currently the case), that would be very useful with the setup my company uses Jira/Atlassian products for.
