Ability to create private Slack channels from Incidents

      Issue: there is currently no option to create private Slack channels from Opsgenie, to limit information to certain users.

      Suggested solution: Add an option to make the created Slack channel private

            Motivation: within our company we try really hard to separate out "need-to-know" by default given high sensitivity of some information. Having private slack channel as an option within the creation UI would greatly help nudge users, especially when under pressure on an incident, to do the right thing.
