Issue Summary

When a deduplication-based notification policy’s condition is satisfied, Opsgenie may send more than one notification to the same recipient (intermittent behavior, can't always be reproduced).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a notification policy to 'delay notifications unless the alert is occurred X time(s) in a time interval of X minute(s)/hour(s)/day(s)'
2. Create duplicate alerts (same alias) to satisfy the condition in the policy

Expected Results

When the condition is satisfied, Opsgenie will notify the responders once.

Actual Results

Users are notified multiple times about the condition's satisfaction.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
