Issue Summary

The 'communication' section on incidents is no longer showing existing slack channels nor giving the option to create a slack channel on the Standard plan.

It also doesn't seem to have the option to update Stakeholder Communication. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to an account on a Standard plan (or Standard trial).
2. Create an incident.
3. Look at the 'Communication' section on the incident

Expected Results

There should be an option to create a Slack channel + Stakeholder Communication Updates

Actual Results

The option is gone. Old incidents with Slack channels also don't show the link to Slack.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
