Problem Statement:
Currently, the Opsgenie Freshdesk integration only allows the creation of Opsgenie alerts from Freshdesk tickets for the uni-directional flow and we can add comments to the freshdesk ticket via the Opsgenie alert created OR change the freshdesk ticket's status.
Suggestion:
Ability to create a Freshdesk ticket from an Opsgenie alert, via a bi-directional framework for the integration.
