As a customer I would like to have ability to notify a different slack channel after 'x' minutes if alert remains unacknowledged.

      In a usecase where an alert is created and Opsgenie will go ahead and notify the slack channel and say if some time passes without the alert being acknowledged it would be good to have the ability to route the alert to a different slack channel. 

      Currently one must create a dummy team, add a slack integration to it. This team would just be a placeholder for the slack integration and then use escalation policy to route alert to the dummy team after 'x' minutes if alert remains unacknowledged.

      It would be good to have a feature where one can create multiple slack integrations within the same team and notify them one by one when certain time is passed and alert remains unacknowledged.
