Ability to customise alert timestamp

      Issue Summary

      Customer mentioned the following:

      On the alert dashboard, the timestamp appears something like this "Dec 22, 2023 2:40 PM (GMT+05:30) "
      The GMT+...is not really helpful
      Also I would like to choose how the timestamp looks like preferably from a dropdown containing options like YYYY:MM:DD HH:MM:SS OR DD:MM:YY HH:MM:SS or other combinations.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
