      Issue Summary

When adding recipients to a scheduled email report in Opsgenie Analytics Reports, an error occurs stating: "Uh oh, something went wrong while saving the scheduled delivery"

      From internal comms:

Due to Atlassian wide SPAM prevention initiative, we’ve made some changes to managing users in Opsgenie (including standalone + JSM/O), and Statuspage products. These changes are live as of 24th November 2023.

      Opsgenie (Standalone, and JSM/O)

Stakeholder comms feature now will check if the user is verified before sending the email (existing non-paid users + all new tenants)

Looker reports in OG will now let the users add only their own email id instead of unlimited email ids for scheduled jobs (all tenants)

      Statuspage

Bulk uploads of email subscribers, and user import related APIs will now require recipient to accept the invite before verifying them from the manage console

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to Opsgenie and navigate to the Opsgenie
      2. Try adding more recipients besides your User Accounts Email Address to any scheduled Analytics Report
      3. The creation of the Scheduled Analytics Report will error instead of creating the scheduled report delivery

      Expected Results

Able to add email recipients to Opsgenie Scheduled Report

      Actual Results

Unable to add email recipients to Opsgenie Scheduled Report and receive the error:

Uh oh, something went wrong while saving the scheduled delivery
