Issue Summary
The Switch Account mobile app feature allows you to change between Opsgenie sites where you're an active user.
However, if you log in with an Opsgenie site that has data residency in one region, and try to switch to an Opsgenie site with data residency in a different region, the site won't show up.
Other sites from the same data residency region that the user is part of will show up.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add yourself to two different Opsgenie sites from different data regions. For example, one site from US and one from CA.
- Download the Opsgenie Android app and log in to the US site.
- Try to Switch Accounts to the CA site.
Expected Results
The site will be displayed and can be selected.
Actual Results
Other sites from the same region will show up, but the ones from different regions won't.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
