User Problem
At the moment, our customers can create API-based integrations, including OEC, using an API call. However, they can't adjust the alert action rules for these OEC integrations.
While we do allow the creation and update of certain integration actions like create, ignore, add note, and close, the modification of alert actions for OEC integration isn't currently possible.
Suggested Solutions
At present, you can only implement changes through the Opsgenie UI within the integration settings. This is the sole method available.
