User Problem

User are trying to sort the alerts on the Alerts List page according to Ack/Close state, priority and other fields.

Suggested Solutions

Add the ability to specify the SortBy as one of the options in the query field for State, Priority, Team, Last Updated etc. Currently we only offer the sort option for Created and Occurred.

Current Workarounds

There is no workaround for sorting the list but the user can simply query the alerts they want to reach via sort, for example, users who want to sort alerts by State can query alerts in each State separately.
