User Problem
Spam/unwanted calls are often now. People will ignore calls from an unknown number or number marked as spam. Sometimes carriers/services will block calls marked as spam. This behavior is unwanted with Opsgenie calls but Opsgenie uses multiple numbers. When in a production emergency, users can miss an important call from Opsgenie due to the issue described.
Suggested Solutions
All Opsgenie numbers should be tied to an Opsgenie caller ID so calls are not ignored/marked as spammed/blocked
Current Workarounds
Currently, users must create a contact with the Vcard provided by Opsgenie - https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/send-voice-and-sms-notifications/#Download-US-vCard
This has to be updated manually by users if any new numbers get added by Opsgenie which would then cause the issue described again, until the number is added to the existing contact.
