Customer would like to be able to display more information in the User Productivity tab. Ideally they would like:

• The ability to report on multiple users in the dashboard and do a comparison.
• Set a delivery schedule to include the multiple users in the report.
• Drill down further under the tab "Alerts Escalated to Next User" to be able to see the % with more information.
