Option to enable email notification for failed Opsgenie invoice payment

      Issue Summary

      Currently, Opsgenie owners and Vendor/Customer Recipient e-Mails are notified when an invoice is generated, but no notification is sent out when payment fails.

      This is a request to add the option (like a checkbox below the "Customer Recipient Mails" field to receive failed invoice payment notifications.  This is so that customers can take corrective action to fix billing issues as they arise.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
