User Problem
Right now, quiet hours just disables notifications to a user. They are not made aware of any alerts that came in during the quiet hours.
Suggested Solutions
Add an option to select if you'd like to be notified about open alerts after quiet hours ends.
Current Workarounds
Set up a delay notification policy, but that affects the whole team and notification flow.
