User Problem 

At the moment, we don't have any way of communication among the team just for internal use where we can post announcements or a banner to our Opsgenie page for users to see or be notified with.
This feature would be helpful in communicating any important message to our users, posting a banner or announcement in the tool encouraging users to action on anything would be a friendly way to keep that socialized.

Current Workarounds

Sending a newsletter only to the team members/ users could work, just won't be the easiest. Atlassian can publish announcements in Opsgenie it would be nice if we could as well for our own community.
