Issue Summary

When there are multiple alerts created(>100) in the Opsgenie within a short time ( <1min) and the corresponding Jira ticket is created, There will be a duplication of Jira tickets created as few Jira tickets creation requests are returned 503 status by the Jira API and the tickets are also created.

Steps to Reproduce

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Expected Results

Only a single Jira ticket is created for each of the Opsgenie Alerts

Actual Results

Multiple alerts are created

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
