Issue Summary
A customer has reported that they are not properly receiving call notifications when an alert has been called.
They have mentioned that it started a few weeks back where they were intermittently receiving phone calls from Opsgenie and then last week they stopped receiving the calls altogether.
Steps to Reproduce
Lodged a ticket with Twilio Support and they had mentioned the reported calls are failing with Service Unavailable because the customer's carrier are rejecting calls from non-EU origins.
Looking at our logs, it appears to be coming from a +1 United States phone number. Looking to see if able to switch from a US to EU outbound number instead.
Expected Results
For the call notifications to be properly received by the end-user.
Actual Results
No call is being received on the end-user side. Calls are getting rejected by the carrier.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
