Option to trigger notification policies based on alert actions
Use Case
- This would be particularly useful to set a restriction so ack'd alerts for a Team are limited to 3 hours maximum. For example, if an alert goes off and is ack'd, then it will unack automatically after 3 hours if the alert didn't clear.
Workarounds
1. You can use auto-restart notification policies and the repeat option on an escalation that can be used to un-ack. With this configuration, the timer just starts from when the alert was created. More information on setting this up can be found from the links below:
