User Problem

When you acknowledge/close an alert, it would be beneficial to be able to add a tag. For example, when you have Statuspage integration and you want to automatically transition Statuspage incident to the next step, you can do that using tags from Opsgenie. In order to avoid manual step, that could be done by adding a tag automatically.

Suggested Solutions

Add a feature that would be similar to Alert Policies, but for acknowledge/close alerts, else add the ability to change tags via acknowledge/close rules in integration settings.
