Unable to create a linked Jira Software bug from the Opsgenie alert using the "Create issue" button on the OG Alert UI panel "Jira Software issues"

      Issue Summary

      Unable to create a linked Jira Software bug from the Opsgenie alert using the "Create issue" button on the OG Alert UI panel "Jira Software issues"

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an Opsgenie alert and navigate to "Jira Software issues" and click on "Create and link", select the software project and select the issue type as Bug and then click on Create and link
      2. Error shows as Issue creation failed.
      3. Click on the ellipsis and select "Create with all fields"
      4. Select a label in the creation screen and then "Create and link" gets enabled

      Expected Results

      The issue creation shouldn't fail as the labels field is not mandatory.

      Actual Results

      Issue creation from the UI is only enabled after selecting the labels field value in the issue creation screen.

      Workaround

      When we select and deselect the label value for the create and link section, it allows to create.
