Activity logs not responsive on large screens

      Issue Summary

      If a customer opens the activity logs for an alert using a large screen they can't scroll down properly when they reach the end of the information.
      As a result of the missing data, the customer can lose track of the actions that happened in an alert escalation history.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to an alert that has a good amount of activity logs
      2. Using a large screen try to scroll down to the bottom of the Activity Logs (the customer is using a 4k 3840 x 2160 resolution monitor).
      3. No amount of spinning the mouse wheel or pressing down arrow or anything causes a page to scroll, and therefore the rest of the Activity Logs are not visible.

      Expected Results

      As It should be possible to scroll through the whole page no matter the screen or window size.

      Actual Results

      Only the information first shown on the screen is available, it is not possible to scroll down to read the rest.

      Workaround

      Resize the window or use a regular size monitor
