Ability to disable user account deactivation emails

      Customer Problem

      When a user account in Opsgenie is deactivated, all users granted as Admin/Owner are receiving email notifications that the account was disabled. For the customer side, this might be leaking sensitive information internally during the deprovisioning process, and there is no way to disable this.
