Add option to resync or mass-update conference bridge

      User Problem

      If a zoom conference bridge runs into an error, users are directed to set up a new one. However, the existing one may be used in many incident rules and templates.

      Suggested Solutions

      An option to 'resync' the Zoom integration, similar to the Slack integration.

      An option to mass-update the conference bridge in incident rules & templates. This isn't currently available via API.

      Current Workarounds

      Do it all manually.
