Ability to customize the messages added to the Jira issues through the Outgoing automation rules.
For example, when the alerts are escalated in Opsgenie, a comment is added to the Jira issue with the message:
[Opsgenie] Alert escalated: escalation to next level for escalation <SCHEDULE NAME>
In some use cases, it would be necessary to add more information to this message, like the on-call user name.
