Issue Summary

Currently, when a slack message is sent out for a Responder/Associated Incident Alert, we only provide the ALert details in the message content

Customer would to add Incident detail as well in order to know which Incident resulted in this alert

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up Slack Integration
2. Create Incident 
3. Review Slack Message received for the resulting Alert

Expected Results

Slack message to have Incident ID as well

Actual Results

Slack Message only has Alert Details

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
