Ability to auto adjust multiple on-call schedules to avoid overlap shifts

      Customer would like the ability to automate user scheduling over multiple schedules such that if they are on multiple on-call schedules they are moved around the rotation so that they are only on-call for one of those schedules at a time and there is no overlap.
