Allow for additional dynamic fields in stakeholder email templates

      Problem:

      Customers would like to be able to send the Incident ID in the email to the stakeholder, which is not possible right now, as there is no dynamic field for 'incident-ID'

      Suggested solution:

      Add 'incident-id' as well as other potentially useful fields as options
