Issue Summary
When alert/ incident is created, it uses the timezone set in the Opsgenie User's profile. This is the same behaviour when a note is added into an alert. However, for incident timeline, all entries are displayed in User's device Timezone.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Incident
- Check the time for when the incident was created, it will show user's local timezone.
- Adding a note also auto set it to user's local timezone.
Expected Results
Similar to when Alert/Incident is created or when note is added to an alert, the Timezone set in Opsgenie user profile is taken into account. This should be the same for Incident timeline
Actual Results
Incident timeline takes the users local timezone instead of that set in their Opsgenie profile.
