As we currently support us-east-1 & us-west-2 regions, customers would like to get CLI/S3 support for other regions as well (eg-eu-central-1).

We appear to see a redirect back to us-west-2 happen when specifying a region for our cloud formation resources. This is from my log:

aws s3 cp --region eu-central-1 s3://opsgeniedownloads/cloudformation/atlassian-opsgenie-integration-v1.1.zip . --debug

2022-02-11 11:27:53,392 - ThreadPoolExecutor-0_3 - botocore.utils - DEBUG - S3 client configured for region eu-central-1 but the bucket opsgeniedownloads is in region us-west-2; Please configure the proper region to avoid multiple unnecessary redirects and signing attempts.

Although, it was successful and the resources were created in us-west-2 as well.
