Issue Summary
We investigated an issue under Email integrations of Opsgenie where a few emails were unable to create alerts on the customer's Opsgenie instance. Upon further investigation it was found out that that a very small number of emails which came in from the servers at <hostname>.outbound.protection.outloook.com are unable to create the alerts.

Expected Results
Alerts should be created successfully after receiving the email which matches the conditions.
Actual Results
A very few emails are unable to create the alerts, Nothing is observed on the debug logs.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
