Provide the ability to set the default email preferences for all users in a bulk

      Problem Definition

      Currently, users can set their preferences individually. Owners and admins also can change these settings under Settings -> Notifications

      Suggested Solution

      It would do great good if we could let owners/admins perform such changes in bulk or control the default settings for all users
