As a customer I would like to have the ability to customize the format/content of outgoing data from Opsgenie to ServiceNow

      HTML tags are not converted to markup for ServiceNow

      Ability to convert HTML tags to markup supported in ServiceNow.

      Ability to update mandatory fields in ServiceNow and allow field mapping

      Suggested Solutions

      Convert the HTML tags to be wrapped between tags [code] [/code] when set to ServiceNow. Or use a markup that ServiceNow Supports. Provide ability to map fields directly from Opsgenie to ServiceNow
