For incoming call integration, have the ability to download the audio file that was uploaded

      In an incoming call integration, users have the option to upload their own audio file. However, there might be instances where the original audio file maybe misplaced and needs to reused on other incoming call integration.

      It would be good to have an option to download the uploaded audio file.
