Issue Summary

For custom roles, there are a few different options for the postmortem. It looks like the 'Edit postmortem' option grants users access to edit anything on the postmortem. There is an 'Edit postmortem fields' permission listed, which doesn't seem to grant any permissions on the postmortem. All fields are greyed out and/or uneditable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom user role with 'Edit postmortem fields'
2. Assign this role to a user
3. Navigate to a postmortem with that user

Expected Results

I would expect 'Edit postmortem fields' to grant the user permissions to edit the fields on the postmortem, but not things like the title.

Actual Results

This permission doesn't seem to grant any access to edit anything on the postmortem.

Workaround

Add the 'Edit postmortem' permission to the role.
