Remove the option to mute notifications from user's my profile section

      Summary:

      Currently, any user can mute his/her Opsgenie notifications by selecting the given option in Opsgenie > Settings > My Profile > Notifications > Others > Mute notifications.

      It might be possible that users mute the notifications when they are not on-call and then forget to enable it again when they are back on-call. Due to this, important notifications are missed which can be critical for the alert life cycle.

      Expected solution:

      The option to mute the notification should be available only with certain user roles.
