Issue Summary
When users reach the limit of incidents they can create in a billing cycle, the Opsgenie application does not provide an error message or any feedback, leading to confusion on Opsgenie web.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in to an Opsgenie account on the Essentials plan.
2. Create incidents until reaching the limit of 100 incidents per billing cycle.
3. Attempt to create an additional incident.
Expected Results
An error message should inform the user that they have reached the limit of incidents they can create in a billing cycle.
Actual Results
The page keeps loading, and after 15-20 seconds, it returns to the create incident form without any error message or feedback.
