[OPSGENIE-1504] Delete button disappears when we have many alert rules configured for an integration

When we have many alert rules configured, the delete button gets hidden from the viewport and not able to delete rules at the bottom of the screen

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no) - Yes

Step 1 : Create as many "Create Alert" rules as possible
Step 2 : Add a new "Add Note" rule to the integration
Step 3 : Now when you try to delete the "Add Note" rule the delete button will go outside of the view and makes it not possible to take the action.

Ideally, we should be able to click on the button and delete it and it should be visible to the user

The delete button is hidden on the screen.

We can edit or delete the rules via API as a workaround
