MS Teams - Available for only pushing the new added notes from Opsgenie to Teams channel without push the alert creation

      User Problem

      The customer would like to only push the notification to the Teams channel when there is an alert has a new note added.

      In the current design, the integration only works when there is a rule for pushing the alert creation. Although on the configuration page, we are allowed to save rules without the one to push alert creation, it won't work at all.
