Issue Summary

It would be good if we have the possibility to add view permission to a user within a team to see all team's related information, but without receiving team members' notifications.

One option today is to add the admin read-only permission, but the user will have access to all teams and not only specific ones.

The other option is to add a custom team role with only access permissions, but by doing that, the user will receive all team members' alerts.
