Send on-call user details for the alert via Slack

      User Problem

      At the moment, only limited information about the alerts is sent via Slack notifications.
      It would be nice to have on-call details appended to the alert notification

      Suggested Solutions

      While sending notifications to Slack, add the user details

      Current Workarounds

      We can get the on-call user details by running Slack commands manually
