As a customer, I want to map the custom fields in Jira Service Management to fields in Opsgenie.
A sample use case would be to map Opsgenie teams to a custom drop down menu called "teams" in JSM. When an alert gets created in Opsgenie, a ticket is created in JSM and the custom field "teams" in JSM is populated with the team assigned to the alert.
This use case can be extended to other Opsgenie components as well. For example alert tags, alert extra properties etc to be mapped with custom fields in JSM.
