When a Jira ticket is created by an Opsgenie alert through the outgoing way of the Jira integration in Opsgenie, only the issue key of the corresponding ticket is added in the extra properties field in that Opsgenie alert.
It would be a nice feature to make that issue key a clickable link or create another extra property field to provide a link to that Jira ticket. Similarly, a link to the corresponding Opsgenie alert should be added in that Jira ticket right after the ticket creation.
Problem Statement:
The Legacy JSD integration in Opsgenie sends the OG Alert link to the JSD ticket when the Ack action is performed in the OG Alert, however, the new JSM Integration doesn't add the OG Alert URL in the JSM ticket.
Solution:
The new JSM Integration should also add the OG Alert link to the JSM ticket created when the acknowledge action is performed on the OG alert.
