      User Problem

      As per the customer use case, they are getting the message on MS Teams when an alert is getting created in Opsgenie. However, they would like get an notification on the same Teams channel if alert is not acknowledged for certain period of time.

      Suggested Solutions

      It would be great to have a feature to send notification on MS Teams channel if alert is not acknowledged for certain period of time.

      Current Workarounds

      None.
