User Problem
Currently, for customers on annual plans, email notifications are only sent for annual renewal invoices. They are not sent when a monthly (prorated/overage) invoice is generated.
Suggested Solutions
Send account owners and invoice recipients an email notifying them any time an invoice has been generated.
Current Workarounds
An account owner must log in to Opsgenie and check Settings > Billing > Invoices manually.
