Scroll bar in the dark themed Opsgenie account displays light colored

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

      As a user, when I enable dark theme for my Opsgenie account, I can see light colored scroll bar which should ideally be aligned with dark theme.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Opsgenie account
      2. Change Theme to Dark Mode
      3. Check the Scroll bar

      Expected Results

      It should be a dark scroll bar instead of light themed scroll bar.
