As a user, I'd like to be able to set a custom role with an option to add users or remove users

      User Problem

      At the moment, it's not possible to add or remove users if you're not admin or owner of the account. The scenario is that in some of the cases you don't want to provide a user with the full admin rights, but just the ability to perform the user management actions.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add the option to perform user management for the custom roles.
