As a customer, I would like the Notification Policies to be triggered for Responder Teams as well

      User Problem

      Some customers have alerts going to multiple teams. Since team notification policies only apply to Owner teams added to the alerts, it would be useful to allow the notification policies of responder teams as well to work on the alerts.

      Current Workarounds

      Workaround 1:

      The workaround for this is to configure all alerts to go to the Owner team, which has the notification policy. So for example you can delay notifications unless the time period reaches X, then once it reaches X it will begin the notification flow (meaning it will evaluate the team's routing rules to see where it should go)

      You could then configure the routing rules to route to an escalation policy, which has a step to route to the other team(s). So at that point, the other team(s) would be added to the alert as well.

      Workaround 2:
      Route the alert to No-one when it's forwarded to the Responder Team. (Not very effective method)
