At the moment, when a user is part of a Team, it is expected behavior that the associated Escalations and Schedules will appear on their user profile.

This can be misleading when assessing what user content they're actually included on within that Team. Requesting that this be changed to only include what they are explicitly part of, rather than all content from the team
